The GRP2616 is a high-end IP phone belonging to Grandstream’s “Carrier-Grade” family. It is designed to support zero-touch provisioning for mass deployment and easy management.

Supporting 6 lines and up to 6 SIP accounts, the GRP2616 combines elegant design with a rich set of next-generation features, including built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth™ support, up to 48 virtual multi-purpose keys (MPKs), dual Gigabit ports, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and more.

It features two LCD screens: a large 4.3-inch color TFT LCD (480×272) with a replaceable faceplate for easy logo customization, and a secondary 2.4-inch (240×320) display.

The GRP series also includes carrier-grade security features such as secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage, ensuring maximum protection for professionals and businesses.

For cloud-based deployment, provisioning, and centralized management, the GRP2616 is supported by the GDMS (Grandstream Device Management System) platform, which provides a central console for online deployment, provisioning, management, and monitoring of Grandstream endpoints.
