The GHP Series hotel phones include the models GHP620 / GHP620W and GHP621 / GHP621W. These are user-friendly IP phones designed for every hotel room that can be easily programmed and customized according to the needs of hotels and their guests.

The GHP620W and GHP621W models feature built-in dual-band Wi-Fi, supporting wireless installations.

The series offers HD audio, 2 SIP accounts / lines, 6 programmable keys, 10 speed dial keys, 3-way voice conferencing, supports the advanced full-band OPUS voice codec, and includes an advanced jitter resistance algorithm that can tolerate up to 30% packet loss without affecting voice quality.

The entire GHP Series is fully supported by the Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), which provides a centralized interface for configuration, provisioning, management, and monitoring of Grandstream devices.

The GHP Series IP phones can be placed on a desk or mounted on the wall. They are powered either via PoE (GHP620 / GHP621 models), a power adapter (for GHP620W / GHP621W models), or via the USB Type-C charging port.

Thanks to their elegant and compact design, the GHP620 / GHP620W and GHP621 / GHP621W models are the ideal solution not only for hotels, but also for apartments, student dormitories, hospitals, retail stores, and many other applications.
